The first and most important step on the process is for the Pure Maintenance Australia team to perform an inspection and assessment of your property

Remediation is the physical removal of mould affected building materials and contents you are prepared to dispose of. This is done under containment to reduce mould contamination throughout the rest of the building.

If the mould in your environment is only due to consistently elevated humidity or an old property where the mould load has built up over time, then mould sanitisation using the Pure Maintenance technology may be all that is required to reduce your mould load to create a safer and healthier environment.

This means fixing the cause of the mould such as water leaks and removing mouldy and water damaged materials.
Once fixed we then conduct the mould sanitisation process to kill all mould within the property.
